Best Free Keyword List Builders for Adwords - Keyword Concatenation Tool

I have searched far and wide for a better keyword concatenation tool for use with Adwords, but as yet have not found one better and easier to use than the keyword list builder from www.conversionruler.com

Conversionruler offers a free 30 day trial of their suite of tools and tracking services, but I’ve fallen in love with this list builder. My only request would be the ability to store/save lists, similar to how effectiveppc allows in its software.
